This Privacy Policy explains how Fitzy (“Fitzy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you visit our website, contact us, or join our early-access waitlist.

It does not yet describe every data practice of the Fitzy beta application. If you are selected for beta access, we will present any additional privacy information and beta terms that apply before you begin using the app.

We may collect information that you choose to provide, including:

• Your name and email address;
• Your answers about clothing, styling challenges, or interest in Fitzy;
• Your optional marketing preference; and
• Messages you send to our contact email.

Our website and service providers may also process basic technical information needed to deliver and secure the service, such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and request or error logs.

Please do not submit sensitive health, financial, government identification, or other highly private information through the waitlist.

We may use the information described above to:

• Manage the waitlist and evaluate interest in early access;
• Contact you about your waitlist status or potential beta access;
• Understand users’ styling needs and improve Fitzy;
• Respond to questions, requests, or support messages;
• Maintain the reliability, safety, and security of our services;
• Comply with legal obligations; and
• Send product news, styling tips, or offers only when you separately choose to receive them.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe option in the message or by contacting us.

We use service providers to operate the website and waitlist. Based on our current setup, information you submit may be processed by Tally, and responses may be stored in Google Sheets or other Google services. Website hosting and email providers may also process information as needed to provide their services.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of all or part of the business.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not share waitlist information with third parties for their own independent direct marketing.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including managing the waitlist, communicating with you, improving Fitzy, resolving disputes, and meeting legal or security requirements.

If you ask us to delete your information, we will take reasonable steps to do so, subject to information we must retain for legitimate legal, fraud-prevention, security, or recordkeeping purposes.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information you provided, or withdraw from the waitlist, by emailing hello@tryfitzy.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Depending on where you live, local law may provide additional privacy rights. We will respond to valid requests as required by applicable law.

The Fitzy waitlist is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect waitlist information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. However, no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Fitzy and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Fitzy develops or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice when appropriate.
