Fitzy LLC (“Fitzy,” “we,” “us”) operates the Fitzy website, private beta registration process, and personal styling application. Questions about this policy or your information may be sent to hello@tryfitzy.com .

2. Information we collect

Beta signup and surveys. We collect the email address you provide and any survey responses you choose to submit, which may include your name, age range, general schedule, wardrobe challenges, clothing preferences, and feedback.

Beta application. If you receive access, we may collect information you choose to add to your account, including account details, clothing item descriptions and images, outfit preferences, usage and feedback on recommendations, and information about plans or occasions you enter.

Website technology. Our site and providers may process technical information needed to operate the service, such as browser, device, request and security data. Analytics and tracking data depend on the tools actually enabled. Details about third-party analytics and cookies will be updated after verification of the active website integrations.

3. How we use information

• To receive and review beta applications, manage invitations and communicate about participation.
• To operate user accounts, wardrobe features, outfit recommendations and related support.
• To understand beta feedback, troubleshoot and improve our services.
• To prevent abuse, protect our systems and respond to privacy requests.
• To send optional promotional updates where permitted and where you have elected to receive them.

4. Service providers and disclosures

Fitzy uses Google Forms and Google Sheets to collect and organize some beta registration and survey responses. We also use Firebase (Google) for application services and related account or beta information. Our website is operated through WordPress and its hosting infrastructure.

Providers may process data to deliver these services under their respective terms. Other providers may be used for hosting, messages, analytics, or AI-powered features if enabled. We do not intend to sell or rent our beta email list.

Before expanding services, we will review and update disclosures about any additional processing or sharing, including applicable advertising technologies.

5. Marketing choices

Beta access messages and relevant participation communications are separate from optional promotional emails.

You do not need to opt in to promotional emails to request beta access.

If you choose to receive promotions, you may later opt out using the instructions in those messages or by contacting hello@tryfitzy.com .

6. How long we keep information

We keep data only for as long as reasonably needed for beta administration, account operation, support, product improvement and applicable legal purposes. Our retention periods may vary by record type.

We are establishing a documented retention schedule for beta applicants, active accounts, survey responses and deleted accounts. Information may temporarily remain in provider backups or where retention is legally necessary.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the services we operate, such as access restrictions.

No service can guarantee absolute security. We review which people and service accounts can access registration and application records.

8. Your choices and privacy requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, as permitted by applicable law.

9. Cookies and tracking / Do Not Track

Third-party hosting and analytics services, when enabled, may use cookies or similar technologies for site operation, measurement, security or product improvement.

The exact active integrations and any available controls must be verified against our WordPress and analytics configuration.

Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not a universal opt-out mechanism; please contact us to ask about our website’s current tracking practices and available choices.

10. Children

Our private beta is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not seek to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

11. Location and international processing

Our providers may process information in the United States or other jurisdictions in which they operate. Additional notices or rights may apply based on your location.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Fitzy changes. We will update the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice where legally required.
