At Fitzy, we believe you should have meaningful choices about the personal information you share with us.

You may contact us to request deletion of your beta registration information or your Fitzy account and associated personal data, subject to applicable legal requirements.

You may also request to stop receiving marketing communications without deleting your Fitzy account.

2. How to request deletion

To request deletion, follow these simple steps:

1. Send an email to hello@tryfitzy.com.
2. Use the subject line Fitzy Data Deletion Request .
3. Tell us whether you want to delete your beta registration information or your Fitzy account and associated personal information.
4. If possible, send your request from the email address you used to register with Fitzy.

If you cannot access the email address associated with your account, please contact us so we can discuss an alternative verification method.

3. What information can be deleted?

Depending on what information you provided and the scope of your request, relevant records may include:

• Beta signup email addresses and registration details.
• Google Forms survey responses and associated Google Sheets records.
• Firebase account and authentication information.
• Wardrobe information, clothing images, and outfit preferences.
• Outfit history and feedback associated with your account.
• Other personal information associated with your participation.

The specific information that can be deleted depends on the records held by Fitzy and any applicable legal exceptions.

4. How we handle requests

When we receive your request, our process is to:

1. Review the request and determine what information it covers.
2. Take reasonable steps to verify your identity when necessary.
3. Locate the relevant records in our applicable systems.
4. Delete or otherwise handle the information in accordance with applicable law.
5. Confirm the outcome and explain any applicable exceptions.

5. How long does deletion take?

We aim to respond to privacy requests promptly and complete verified deletion requests without unnecessary delay, within any deadlines required by applicable law.

Timing may depend on identity verification, the systems involved, and any applicable legal requirements.

6. Information that may be retained

Some information may need to be retained for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, resolving disputes, or other purposes permitted by applicable law.

Residual information may also remain temporarily in service-provider backups according to applicable backup retention processes.

Where appropriate, we will explain any relevant limitations when responding to your request.

7. Deleting your beta registration

If you registered for Fitzy but have not started using the app, you can still request deletion of your submitted registration and survey information.

You do not need an active Fitzy account to contact us about registration data.

8. Marketing communications

If you only want to stop receiving promotional emails, please use the unsubscribe instructions included in those messages or email us.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not automatically delete an active Fitzy account.
