1. About Fitzy and its beta

Fitzy LLC provides a personal styling and outfit-planning service. Features made available during a private beta may be experimental, may change, may be unavailable from time to time, and may produce imperfect results.

2. Eligibility and beta access

Our private beta is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Requesting a beta spot does not guarantee admission or continued access. We may invite participants in groups to keep the service manageable.

3. Your account and your content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, protecting your account credentials, and respecting the rights of others.

You should only upload clothing images or other content you have permission to use.

You retain any rights you have in content you provide. You allow Fitzy to process that content as needed to provide and maintain the service, subject to our Privacy Policy.

4. Styling recommendations

Fitzy offers suggestions, not professional guarantees or required instructions.

You decide what to wear and whether any outfit or recommendation fits your circumstances, comfort, workplace rules, or personal preferences.

5. Beta feedback

We may invite you to give feedback to help improve Fitzy.

You may provide feedback voluntarily. Do not include information about others that you are not authorized to share.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate laws or others’ rights, interfere with its security or availability, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, or misuse the beta to harvest others’ information.

7. Pricing and changes

The current private beta is offered free of charge unless we explicitly tell you otherwise before requesting payment.

We may change features, eligibility, and the availability or pricing of future offerings, with any notices required by law.

8. Service availability and limits

We work to keep Fitzy useful and available, but a private beta may have interruptions, bugs, or incomplete functionality.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
